Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information growsy.io ("Growsy", "we", "us") collects through growsy.io and our lead forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@growsy.io.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, work email, phone number, company website, job details and the answers you provide in our forms, such as ad spend, lead volume, deal size, CRM and the problems you describe.
  • Account access you grant. If you give us read-only access to an ad account or other system for an audit or teardown, we see the campaign and performance data in it. We never change anything without your written approval.
  • Information collected automatically. Pages visited, referring site, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click IDs), device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, and cookies or similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To deliver what you asked for: audits, teardowns, demos, proposals and services.
  • To contact you about your request by email, phone or text message.
  • To send occasional updates about our services. You can opt out at any time.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.
  • To keep our services secure and meet legal obligations.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Insight Tag. These tools tell us which ads lead to inquiries. When you submit a form, we may send Meta a Lead event that includes hashed (scrambled) versions of your email and phone number so Meta can match it to ad activity. Meta and other providers process this data under their own policies. You can control ad personalization in your Meta and Google account settings and block cookies in your browser.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request, including automated messages sent by our AI agent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Growsy, such as hosting, CRM, email, scheduling, payments, analytics and AI model providers, under agreements that limit their use of it. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

Client data

When we provide services to a client, we process data in the client's systems on the client's instructions. That data is governed by our agreement with the client and is not used to train AI models or for any other client's benefit.

Retention

We keep lead and prospect information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need it longer for legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and the EU/UK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, to object to or limit certain uses, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email hello@growsy.io to make a request. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
