Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of growsy.io and to free offers such as audits, teardowns and demos. Paid engagements are also governed by the order form or service agreement you sign with growsy.io ("Growsy"). If they conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Our services

Growsy designs, deploys and operates AI marketing agents and provides related growth marketing services for businesses. Services are for business use only.

Free audits, teardowns and demos

• Free offers are provided as-is, at our discretion, and may be limited by capacity.
• Recommendations are based on the information and access you provide. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
• When you grant read-only access to an account, we use it only to prepare your review. You can revoke access at any time.

Pilots and paid plans

• Prices, scope and any performance promise or guarantee for a pilot or plan are set out on the offer page at purchase and in your order form.
• Ad spend, data and third-party platform costs are billed to you by those platforms unless your order form says otherwise.
• Monthly plans renew month to month unless your order form sets a term. Either party can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
• Refunds are available only where your order form or the offer page states a guarantee.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your offers, claims and content, for having the rights and consents needed for data you share with us (including contact lists and consent to email or text prospects), and for complying with the advertising and messaging laws and platform policies that apply to your business. We will not knowingly run campaigns or outreach that break those rules.

Ownership

You own your accounts, data, campaigns and the content we create for you once paid for. Growsy owns its methods, prompts, templates, software and agent frameworks, and grants you a license to use what we deploy for you while you are a client.

No guarantee of results

Except for any guarantee expressly stated in your order form or on the offer page you purchased from, we do not guarantee specific results such as leads, meetings, revenue or return on ad spend.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Growsy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
